Subject Tender Bulletin No. 2 - Response to Tender Queries

Dear Sir,

Please find attached Tender Bulletin No.2 pertaining to the queries raised in connection with
this Tender.

The Tenderer is required to acknowledge receipt of this Tender Bulletin in accordance with
Clause IT.9 of the Instruction to Tenderers of the Tender Documents.

Please note that, subject to Clause IT.8 of the Instruction to Tenderers of the Tender
Documents, queries must be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the
Closing Date; any queries received thereafter shall be ignored.

All other details of the Tender Document shall remain unchanged.
