I designed the above calendar based on some of the crops that you said some has promised a
market for them. This calendar will help you to have an idea on the number of days that are
needed to maturity and possible planting days that you may use for an all year round
production for a consistent supply.

The water available is sufficient for a hectare if you are to use Drip irrigation. It will cover
half a hectare when you want to use other methods. If we are able to install at least a hectare
under drip that will be better and have at most 3 crops depending on the size of the market
and the quantities it can absorb. For now if you calculate the number of days that are required
by tomatoes and other crops like Pepper you will definitely see that they will get into winter
and will be damaged before maturity.
I would propose for you to consider crops like broccoli Cauliflower and Lettuce or even
cucumber but the harvesting period will be shortened by frost. But the leafy vegetables are
good since they can pass into winter safely. Just after winter we can then plan for other crops.
I don’t know from your side, but I think by now you should have started advocating for at
least a single Green house to start with. This will eliminate the frost problem.

When you are into a contract with someone for production, you have to be consistent with
supply. For this to happen, you need to stagger your crops in to different stages determined
by the volumes that you need at full supply during a particular period or the number of days
that the crop need at its harvesting window period.
