Reflective Note

The Management of Business Consultancy course was fantastic. Some of the most important
things I've taken away from this experience are my ability in issue analysis and developing
unique marketing solutions that are both successful and cost-efficient. Other important things
I've discovered are: Anyone who wishes to improve their problem-solving abilities must learn
to think in unique ways. In addition, I learnt the value of doing a thorough examination of all
of our findings, as well as preparing and analysing the new responsibilities and obstacles. My
corporate communication abilities improved, and I learned how to successfully communicate
both the findings and the solution to the issue.

I was able to obtain a taste of what it could be like to work on a consulting assignment in the
real world by attending this class. As a result, I was able to get the information required to
apply organised methods to problem solving in an iterative and dynamic way while working
with a real customer.

I also learned a lot about the differences between academic communication and corporate
communication. My ability to search for and analyse data, as well as discover credible data
sources, is one of the skills I've honed over the years, and it's now one of my strengths. The
supplementary lectures guided me through the process of finding answers to real-world
challenges, which helped me get a greater grasp of how real-world organisations work. One
of the most essential things I've learned is how to effectively communicate myself, do
extensive research, and conduct analysis. This is one of the most important lessons I've
learned from this experience. As a consequence, my confidence in front of an audience has
grown, which will serve me well in the future. I've learned to solve problems by considering
all conceivable points of view and doing fact-based research. It also aided me in improving
my communication abilities. I was taught how to examine a subject from every viewpoint and
conceptually comprehend its logical consequences. Working on this project allowed me to
get experience working at various job levels, which is a very desired characteristic in the
corporate world.

I was given the opportunity to work on a simulation of a real-world consulting project issue,
and my faculty mentor has been quite helpful in directing my efforts. As part of the
conference, experts from some of the most prominent strategic management consulting firms
will present frameworks based on theory and used by consulting firms worldwide, as well as
practical techniques and ideas for handling diverse strategic difficulties.
