    These first 30 seconds are a crucial opportunity for a TOUR GUIDE to convey
    appropriate tact in their greeting, handshake, posture, speech, eye contact,
    and numerous other verbal and non-verbal language.

    The TOURIST is a human, too, and although he/she is looking for a litany of
    skills and characteristics, he/she will also inevitably detect subtle subtext
    from a guide's individual and interpersonal presentation.

    I’m Jennifer, your guide for this tour. I'll tell you all about the things you will see. If you have any questions,
    please ask. It's my job to answer them. All my time is free to talk to you, sightseers.

    My name is Jennifer. On behalf of Pulitours Tour Agency I'd like to welcome you all to Pereira. The 4x4 off
    road transportation to Cortaderal village takes you for about 3 hours. Before reaching our destination, we

    I am Jay, your driver for today. We're going to be pulling up to Nevado Santa Isabel in 3 hours. Please sit
    back and enjoy the view of the landscape on the left-hand side of the 4x4 off-road transportation as start
    the tour. I ask that you remain in your seats until we have come to a complete stop. Our agent Leo will be
    meeting us at the car to help you with your bags and to give you more information. Please double check to

    here. This is not a safe place to swim because there is a strong undertow. You can take a short bus ride from
