 Guide in the Airport :

 Showing the pager board
 Greeting
 Make sure the guest by asking the name of the group
 Asking for the voucher card of the tour leader
 Welcome the guest by drilling flowers or original ikat wave to the tour leader
 Asks the guests to the parking area to take the bus
 In the bus :
 Introduce the driver and co-driver during the tour
 Asks them to sit in a confortable seat
 Tell them about the airport and our province
 Give them some information about artshop, hotel, money changer, travel
agent, and famous tourism objects in our province.
 Arrive at the hotel :
 Guide asks the assistent or porter to handle the guest’s personal belonging
 Asks the guests to enjoy the welcome drink and welcome dance while Guide
confirm to the receptionist about the group’s “check in” by showing the voucher.
 Teh receptionist gives the room keys
 The guide gives the room keys to the tour leader and gives them some
information about the tour tomorrow.

THE STEPS OF TRASFER OUT

 In Hotel :
 Guide make sure the guest’s Bill to the receptionist.
 Asking for the guests condition and preparation.
 Go to the bus
 In the Bus
 Call their name one by one to make sure nobody live in hotel.
 Asks them whether the get a confortable seat.
 Greatful and apologize for the services during tour
 Give them questionires to measure our services
 Give them another brochure or tour pakage for the next tour in our province
 Arrive at the airport
 Tell them to check their personal belonging (not to live in the bus).
 Help them to confirm the ticket “check in” in the counter check in.
 Asks them to seat in the waiting room near the gate to wait the departure.
 Asks them to prepare their personal identity.
 Say thanks for the cooperation during the tour and asks them don’t forget to
come back.
 Say Good bye to the guests

The name of the airport is taken from the name of the second governor of East
Nusa Tenggara, namely Mr. El Tari. He is the governor with the longest time duty in
East Nusa Tenggara. And the distance from the airport to the central city is 10 km.

Ladies and gentleman, during you in Kupang city you will stay in T-More hotel. The
hotel is located at Piet A. Tallo Street and the distance from the airport to the Hotel
is 1 km.

The facilities in T-More hotel are swimming pool, pub centre, café, restaurant, and
etc. T-More hotel has 4 types of hotel room; there are sweet room, standard room,
president room and deluxe room.

Ladies and gentleman, next I would like to tell you about East Nusa Tenggara
province.

East Nusa Tenggara located on southeast Indonesia. East Nusa Tenggara has 4 big
islands, they are Flores, Sumba, Timor and Alor, and they are famous with the
abbreviation “FLOBAMORA”.

East Nusa Tenggara has some tourism objects; they are Kelimutu Lake, Nembrala
Beach, Komodo National Park and many others.

East Nusa Tenggara has 2 seasons, it is dry season, starts from May until November
and rainy season, starts from December until April.

The governor in this period is Mr. Frans Leburaya and the vice is Mr. Eston Foenay.
And the capital city is Kupang City.

The people in Kupang City are friendly and respectful.

 Indonesia has 3 local times, there are, west time, middle time and east time. And
East Nusa Tenggara is middle time. Dispute time of Australia with Kupang is 2
hours.

Our welcome dance is Likurai dance from Belu. The dance describes about
welcoming the winner of a war. And the welcome drink is palm juice, produced
from palm tree.
