2. Confirm the tourists

Expressions:
a) I’m sorry, Sir. Are you George Wilson from
Canada?
b) Is it right that you are Mr. Wilson from Canada?

3. Welcoming the tourists

Expressions:
a) Welcome to Batam, Mrs. Jenner!
b) Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Bali!

4. Bring the tourists to the safe area

Expressions:
a) This way, please.
b) Ladies and Gentlemen, please follow me.
c) Follow me, please.
5. Ask for the tour voucher from the tourists
Expression:
a) May I have your tour voucher, Sir?

6. Explain the toilet and money changer location at the

airport to the tourists (incase they need it)
Expressions:
a) Ladies and Gentlemen, the toilet is in the south. It is
located between Starbucks Coffee and a drug-store.
b) Sir, if you need to change your money, the money
changer is located behind the Roti’O Bakery.

7. Bring the tourists to the bus at the drop off area of

the airport
Expressions:
a) Ladies and Gentlemen, please follow me to the bus.
b) Sir, this way please.

8. Ask the tourists to get on the bus

Expressions:
a) Ladies and Gentlemen, please get on the bus.

1. Greeting the tourist

Stand in front of the arrival gate to wait the tourist. You
can holding paging board. And if you finally meet your
tourist, you can say :
- Hello. Good morning, Sir.
- Hello. Good afternoon, Sir.
- Hello. Good evening, Sir.

2. Confirming the tourist

To make sure that is your tourist. You can say:
- Excuse me, are you Mr. Jackson ?
- Are you Mr. Jackson from America?

3. Welcoming the tourist

If the tourist is the right person you can say
- Welcome to Batam Mr. Jackson , my name is Cindy
and im your tourguide. Im from G-DRAGON TOUR
AND TRAVEL .

4. Bring the tourist to the safe area

You will ask some question to your tourist before start
the tour, so you have to find safe area around the
airport to talking with your tourist comfortabilly.
- Im sorry sir, would you follow me please?
 - Sorry sir, follow me please

5. Ask for the tour voucher from the tourist

- Sorry sir, can I see your tour voucher?
- Woul you let me to see your tour voucher please?

6. Explain the toilet and money changer location at the

airport to the tourist
- If you need to go to the toilet, from here go straight
on and when you see BIGBANG SHOP then turn left
and you can see the toilet.
- If you need to change your money, take this road,
when you get to the GD’S COFFE SHOP then turn left
and you will see the money changer.

7. Bring the tourist to the bus at drop off area at airport

- Please follow me sir, our driver will pick up us at drop
off area.

8. Ask the tourist to get on the bus

- Please enter the bus sir, we will start our travel
- Please be careful, watch your footsteps

- If you looking for toilet it’s on your left right after the
restaurant and if you looking for the money changer it’s
right in front of the Duty Free outlet.
- Ladies and Gentleman, if you want to go to toilet, the
toilet is in front of Minimarket and if you want change
your money, the money changer is right after the
Minimarket.

7. Bring The Tourists To The Bus At The Drop Off Area Of

The Airport
- Ladies and Gentleman, follow me please we are going to
drop off area the bus is waiting for us there.
- Ladies and Gentleman, please follow me to the drop off
area.

8. Ask The Tourists To Get On The Bus

- Ladies and Gentleman, please get into the bus and
please watch your step
- Ladies and Gentleman, you can go into the bus now.
Please watch your step and check your bag and any
stuff.
