At the Airport

Good morning ladies and gentleman. I am Pajar Santosa as your tour guide in Bali. On
behalf of Ngumbara Tour and Travel. I welcome you to Bali. How was your flight sir/madam? I
hope you enjoy with us during holiday in Bali. May I help your luggage sir/madam?

Before we depart to our hotel maybe some of you want to go toilet or money changer to
change your money. If no, let’s go on the bus which been waiting over there

On the way to the hotel

Today we are accompanied with Mr. Ketut as our driver. He is very experienced in our
company. Now we are going to Grand Hyatt Bali. That is a five stars hotel located in a famous
area called Nusa Dua which is about 20 km from the airport. Nusa Dua has a beautiful white
sand beach where you can sunbath everyday.

Ladies and gentleman, on the way to the hotel. I would like to give you some information
about Bali. Bali also called Pulau Dewata (Island of God), some people also called it the last
paradise and some others called it Island of Thousand Temples. Bali is well-known for its unique
arts and culture and its beautiful nature.

Please look at the statue front of us. The statue is I Gusti Ngurah Rai Statue. He is one
Balinese heroes who was dead during the independence war between Indonesia and Colonial the
Dutch in 1946. He and his troops named Ciung Wanara Troops were very protecting the
Indonesia independence.

Bali is a province which is divided into eight regencies and one municipality. There are
Badung Regency, Klungkung Regency, Buleleng Regency, Bangli Regancy, Gianyar Regency,
Tabanan Regency, Karangasem Regency, Jembrana Regency And Denpasar Municipality. Its
capital is Denpasar. Ladies and gentleman, now we are in the Nusa Dua tourism area, look at the
building in front of us, the named is Candi Bentar. Candi Bentar is a building that indicates that
we are entering a new area and also Candi Bentar is filtering negative aura.

Ladies and gentleman, now we are arrived at Grand Hyatt Bali. Please get off the bus
carefully and remember your entire luggage
Arrive at the hotel

Now follow me to the lobby to check-in. This is an excellent five-stars hotel. Look at
that, its architecture is unique because it is in modern Balinese style. Its combination of Balinese
style with modern facilities so it is really beautiful. There are five restaurants in this hotel serving
French, Italian, Japanese, Indonesian and Korean food. The main swimming pool is beside those
chambers over there.

Ladies and gentleman, now please fill the registration form. Write down your name,
origin and your passport number. I will help you if you find any difficulties.

Your rooms are in the third floor. This is your rooming list and the keys. Mr. and Mrs.
James are in 301. Mr. and Mrs. Jaden are in 302 and Mr. and Mrs. Holland are in 303. And your
luggage is over there and the room boys will take them to your room. As for your program, today
you are free and it’s time to rest and relax. And for tomorrow the breakfast will open at seven
o’clock at the restaurant. After breakfast we have Singaraja City Tour to visit the dolphin at
lovina beach and Gitgit Waterfall. Good evening everybody and see you tomorrow.

Good morning sir/madam. How was you night? Are all your luggage? If so. I will take
them to the bus. So what do you think about our trip tomorrow? Ladies and gentleman please

Ladies and gentleman, My name is Pajar Santosa. today is the end of your tour and now
we must go to airport because your flight will depart at 12.00 am. And the distance from hotel to
the airport is 20 km and it take for 25 minutes. And thank you for coming to Bali. I hope this can
make you remember me and your sweet memories in Bali and I apologize if I have some mistake
during the tour. And sometimes you want to come Bali again, you can contact me.

Ladies and gentleman, in 5 minutes we are arrived at the airport. Once again make your
passport and your luggage and your ticket is nothing left in the bus. Now we are arrived at the

Ladies and gentlemen, on your left, you can see I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, named after a
national hero of Indonesia who led the resistance against the Dutch during the Dutch Military
Aggression II in Bali in 1946. His name is used to commemorate his contributions in defending
Bali, and it was eventually given to the airport in his honor.
