Math REPORT: Counting on Victory: Mathletes Battle it Out in Exciting Contests at Math

Fun Days 2023

Math enthusiasts from all over TCSHS gathered for Math Fun Days 2023, a three-day
event that celebrated the beauty and fun of mathematics. Held from March 14 to March
16, the event featured a wide range of exciting contests and activities aimed at
promoting math education and appreciation.

On the first day of Math Fun Days, participants put their math skills and knowledge to
the test with the Super Math Quiz Bee and Math History & Trivia contests. The Quiz Bee
challenged participants with difficult math questions, while the History & Trivia contest
allowed them to explore the fascinating world of math history.

The second day of Math Fun Days was equally thrilling, with five contests held throughout the
day. The Tower of Hanoi contest challenged participants to solve the classic puzzle, while the
Rubik's Cube Competition tested their speed and skills in solving the popular cube puzzle. The
Sudoku & Cross Sums challenge provided a fun twist on the traditional Sudoku game, while the
Mathspoken Poetry contest allowed participants to express their love for math through creative
writing. And lastly, Ecofashion contest which challenged participants to design eco-
friendly clothing inspired by the popular video game "Genshin Impact."

The last day of Math Fun Days ended on a high note, with participants taking part in the
Math Hugot and Jingle contests. The Math Hugot contest allowed participants to share
witty and relatable math jokes and puns, while the Jingle contest challenged them to
create catchy math-themed songs.

The Math Fun Days event was a resounding success, with participants expressing their
appreciation for the unique and engaging contests. The organizers hope that the event
will continue to inspire a love for math among participants and promote the importance
of math education in society.
