A Day Excursion to Explore The Mathematical Marvel – Qutub Minar

For Class VI
Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce an upcoming educational day trip that promises to be both engaging and
enlightening for our students. On Friday, our students will embark on a journey to explore the
fascinating world of mathematical symmetry as manifested in wonderful monuments. The Qutub
Minar is an astounding example of application of mathematics in architecture. This hands-on
experience will not only enrich their understanding of mathematical concepts but also provide a real-
world application that extends beyond the classroom. Following the visit to Qutub Minar, the
students would be taken to Jamali Kamali to share their snacks and enjoy free time with their friends.
We encourage your child's participation in this unique learning opportunity, as it aligns with our
commitment to fostering a well-rounded education.

Excursion Details
Day & Date : Friday, 22nd December 2023
Time : 9.00am to 1.00pm (Within Normal School Timings)
Amount to be paid : Rs.100/-
What to Carry : Water, Snacks, a small notebook and pen
What to Wear : School Winter Sports Uniform. Id Card is compulsory.

The parents are requested to fill out the consent form given below and the amount should be
deposited with the Class Teacher latest by Wednesday, 20th December, 2023.
