Dear Parent,

In keeping with our commitment to experiential learning, the children of Year I will be going for an educational tour to
Theatre for Young Audience' (TYA) festival - PITARA to be held at National Bal Bhavan New Delhi, on Wednesday,
November 29,2023 during the school hours, to watch a play The Song Bag.
The objective of the trip is to give an exposure of theatre and develop the need for appreciation of things in their
immediate surroundings. It also aims at nurturing the artistic sensibilities of our children and to help them to connect
with the outside world within the safety net of supervision. Last but not the least, the outing will help them learn to
accommodate with instructions and enjoy the presence of their peer group.

Kindly make a note of the following :-

 Do ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with the ID card.
 We will be traveling by our school bus. We shall leave the school premises at 8:40 am sharp and aim to return by
12:30pm.
 Children shall be given packed breakfast in the bus on their way to National Bal Bhawan. A snack shall be given
to children on their way back to school. They shall have lunch once they reach school and dispersal shall happen
at the regular time.
 Each child must carry a labelled water bottle and a small bag to take carry an extra set of clothes
 You are requested to send the consent slip attached herewith positively by Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

In case, for some reason you would not want your child to go for the trip, please inform the home room in-charge.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter with a signature in the attached consent form.
