Subiect: Class Photograph

Classrooms are learning communities that represent invaluable milestones in life and learning. A class
photo is a great way to celebrate that community and camaraderie. It brings students and teachers
together and serves as a reminder of the value of a close-knit class. This year, at 00D, we will be
scheduling the class photograph session as given below:

Day and Date Grade

Tuesday, 26 th September 2023 Grades 5, 6 & 7

Wednesday, 27 th September 2023 Grades 3, 4 & 8

Thursday, 28 th September 2023 Grades l & 2

Tuesday, 3rd October 2023 KGI

Wednesday, 4 th October 2023 KG2

Tuesday, 7th November 2023 Grades 9 & 10

Wednesday, 22nd November 2023 Grade 11

Students will receive a copy of the class photograph, which will be a large 8-inch x IO-inch photo, on
payment of AED 20/-. You may make the payment online on the Parent Portal under 'Activities' from
12th September to 3rd October 2023. Payment beyond the last date will not be accepted.

Request you to kindly fill up this acknowledgement form on or before Sunday, 10th September 2023,
to indicate your consent to your ward being photographed and your intention to purchase the class
photograph.

Instructions for the Class Photograph:

• All students should be dressed in proper school uniform with the school belt, tie,
leggings/stockings (if wearing), stone-coloured socks and brown shoes. No P.E. uniform is to be
worn on the day of the photograph irrespective of the class time table.
• All girls should have their hair neatly combed and pulled back with the school hairband. Hair
below the shoulders should be tied with the school scrunchie with/without the school hairband.
• Boys are to have neat haircuts and smartly-combed hair.
• It will be a regular school day for all.
