PREAMBLE Greetings, as we are approaching the Mid of first semester for the academic year 2022/2023.
We appreciate you all for the relentless effort in supporting our school.

Mid of Semester Exams are scheduled to commence on Friday the 7 of October 2023 to
13th of October 2023.

Please note that, Reception to year 3 Exams will be sent by the respective class teachers to
SEMESTER th
EXAM parent’s respective emails for printing on Thursday 6 October, 2023.
And as for the rest of the students (Yr. 4-11), the Exams will be administered online
through our portal.

Our Mid-Semester Talents Day Will be held on Thursday 13 October 2023 as from
TALENTS DAY 10:00am, a log in link will be shared before then, we request you to purpose to attend this
event virtually.

This semester’s meet up will be on Friday 14 October 2023
MEET-UP at ROWALLAN SCOUTS GROUND BEHIND JAMUHURI SHOW GROUND
Kibera Drive, which will commence at 10:00am;
This is scheduled to take place between 15th, 17th and 18th October 2023,
An invitation and log in link will be shared timely.
ACADEMIC Please note on the 15th We will have clinics for only those who opted for physical clinics,
CLINIC If you would like this option, kindly liaise with Benadette on 0704007008 by Friday the
7th.
The school shall close for the MID-BREAK on 17th -21st, October 2023
MID-
all learners are expected to do the assignment given over the holiday.

OPENING DATE Learning will resume on Monday 24th October 2023 at 08:00 am
