    Multipurpose Evacuation Center,
    Tabang, Plaridel, Bulacan

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Greetings! We are from Japan Philippines Institute of Technoloy – Plaridel Campus


    Inc. We are writing this letter to humbly request for your consent for us to use the Basketball
    Court We would like to replenish and utilize it for the School Program. In line with this, we
    are giving you the assurance that we will clean and take care of the court’s surrounding by
    the time we use it and avoid any sort of negligence that may happen as we will have the
    responsibility to manage the court.

    Requested Time Schedule:

    Septamber 08 , 2023 (9-12pm) Friday
