We hope this letter finds you in good health. We are writing to formally request a temporary leave of
absence from our On-the-Job Training (OJT) during the period of October 9, 2023 to October 13, 2023.
The purpose of this leave is to allow us the necessary time and focus to work on completing the
foundational chapters (1 to 3) of our thesis and to adequately prepare for the upcoming examinations.

Here’s an explanation of the reasons for our leave of absence:

1. Thesis Chapter Completion:

We are currently in the process of crafting the initial chapters (1 to 3) of our thesis that will be
submitted on October 11, 2023. These chapters form the cornerstone of our research, and their
thorough development is essential for the overall quality of our thesis.

2. Examination Preparation:
During the same period, October 9, 2023 to October 13, 2023, our academic schedule includes
critical examinations. It is imperative that we dedicate the requisite time to prepare thoroughly and
perform at our best.

We wish to underscore that this request is made with great consideration and the utmost
responsibility. We are fully aware of the importance of our role and responsibilities during my OJT at
Covac Philippines, Inc. We commit to minimizing any disruption caused by our temporary absence by
coordinating closely with our immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth transition.

We kindly request your understanding and support in granting us this leave of absence. We are
determined to return to our OJT duties promptly after the specified period, bringing with us enhanced
skills and renewed dedication to contribute effectively to Covac Philippines, Inc.
