END OF YEAR
Dear Parents,

With the academic year coming to a close, we would like to bring to your attention some
important information that we would like you to note.

The schedule for the Term 3 Final Examinations for Year 1 to Year 10 has been shared
by their respective class teachers.

The school timing for Year 1 to Year 10, from the 5th to the 22nd of June, 2023, will be
from 7:10 am to 10:45 am

School buses will depart at 10:35 am and for those who use their own transportation,
gates will be opened for parents to pick up their children at 10:45 am. We kindly request
that you use Gate 2 (Own Transport Gate) for entry and exit.

For Nursery, FS1 and FS2, regular school timings will remain until the end of the
academic year, and the last day for students from Nursery to Year 10 will be the 7th of
July, 2023.
Please note that the timings on Friday 9th June and 16th June will be until 11.00am for
all students (Nursery – Year 10). Own Transport gates will open at 11.05am

We would also like to inform you that the Parent-Teacher Consultation for FS to Year
10 is scheduled for the 3rd of July, 2023, and the class teachers will communicate the
schedule for the same.

Applications for Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate that are received after
the 7th of June, 2023 will be issued on the 5th of September, 2023.
Please take note that the school office will remain closed from the 8th of July, 2023 to
the 13th of August, 2023.
Lastly, we would like to inform you of the school re-opening dates for the next academic
year 2023-24 as follows:
Year 2 – Year 11 28th August, 2023

Year 1, Year 12 and 13 29th August, 2023

Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) 30th August, 2023

Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) 31st August, 2023

Nursery 1st September, 2023
