Subject : SciMaTech Week 2023 Culminating Activity

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Greetings!
I hope you are all safe and well. We are glad to inform everyone that the SciMaTech Week 2023
culminating activity will be held face-to-face on March 03, 2023 (Friday). This year's theme is "An
Integrated Approach for Sustainable Future in Science, Technology, and Mathematics."
ODL and HyFlex pupils are required to participate in the said event

The schedule of the activity is as follows:

Time Activitv
7:10 AM - 7:20 AM Assemblv in Auditorium
7:20 AM - 9:00 AM Openina Activities
9:00 AM - 9:20 AM Recess
9:20 AM -11:45AM SciMaTech Plavaround
12:00 PM Dismissal

In line with this activity, the pupils will be given a SciMaTech passbook and questionnaire that they
need to accomplish which will serve as their Written Work for Science, Mathematics, and TLE subjects.
They are advised to bring their packed food or money for the food booths prepared by Senior High
School students. All activities for Elementary pupils are advised to end at 12:00 PM of the said day.

Pupils are required to wear their PE uniform or a white shirt with their ID but are NOT allowed to wear
civilian clothing. They will also be instructed to stay in their classrooms while waiting for their tum to
enter the auditorium for the opening of the activity.

For any concerns regarding this activity, the Class Parent Representatives (CPRs) may coordinate
with the Science/Mathematics/TLE Teachers.

Please accomplish the Reply Slip and submit this to your child's Class Adviser on or before
February 20, 2023.

Please be guided accordingly. Thank you so much for your continued support!
