The poem describes the struggle between light and darkness, with light representing love, care, and peace while darkness symbolizes sadness, depression, injustice, and parasites that suck the life from people. It calls on people to understand the unjust roots that have been watered by society and to work together to uproot injustice by supporting each other and not letting problems persist.

which destroys the darkness, see the light, which eliminates everything except for pure love and care, see the light, which has no room for jealousy, pride and prejudice, may everyone succeed in the attempt to persuade this light, may everyone get this pure love and care, may the world feel this joy of peace just this once, Oh! did they fail to persuade this stubborn light? They’re born in the streets of darkness, live in the melancholy of sadness, depression and unjust, and die for the people who suck their lives just as parasites, who are they? Do you know them? Do I know them?, Oh! people realise this faulty merciless unjust, unjust? Unjust by whom you ask? The faulty roots of unjust is watered by us, by you, by me to make it into a big huge tree?, A tree which cuts their survival and absorbs this life-giving gas, Oh! people understand! Let’s clean these faulty lines drawn together, let’s pluck off these faulty roots deep stuck into the ground, let’s clear off this unjust, let’s do this, will you?? let’s fight not flight, let’s write not erase, let’s care not wait, let’s support not let apart, let’s adhere to it! let’s achieve it! -By Aishani Vallabhaneni
