Research Design

In this research, descriptive method was used where in

questionnaire is the primary tool in gathering the needed data.

According to Calderon (2012), descriptive method of research

is a purposive process pf gathering, analyzing, classifying, and

tabulating data about prevailing conditions, practices, beliefs,

processes, trends, and cause-effect relationships and then making

adequate and accurate interpretation about such data with or

without the aid of statistical methods.

Students of Senior High School grade 11 ABM- one to four of

PHINMA Araullo University will be used as the participants of

this study wherein they will be given a questionare. According to

Taherdoost (2012) , questionnaire is one of the most widely used

tools to collect data in especially social science research. The

main objective of questionnaire in research is to obtain relevant

information in most reliable and valid manner.

Participants of the Study

The participants of the study involve the grade 11

Accountancy and Business Management students from sections one

(1) to four (4) in PHINMA Araullo University S.Y. 2018-2019.

Research Site

Araullo University - PHINMA, colloquially called "AU" or

simply "Araullo", is a private university in Cabanatuan City,

Nueva Ecija, Philippines. Since PHINMA acquired the University in

2004, Araullo has been improving its programs and facilities. AU

is part of the PHINMA Education Network, together with Cagayan de

Oro College (Cagayan de Oro City), University of Iloilo (Iloilo

City), the University of Pangasinan (Dagupan City) and

Southwestern University (Cebu City).

Materials and Instruments

For this study, the Likertscale was used to achieve the core

objective of the revision. A self-administered question was

distributed to the selected grade 11 ABM students from sections

one(1) to four (4). The questionnaires given to the grade 11

respondents aim to assess the factors that influence students in

enrolling to PHINMA Araullo University. This focus of the

assessment were based on the principles introduced by various

author.

In order to mitigate the properties of experimenter bias,

the researcher will follow the precautions suggested by Gall,

Gall and Borg (2003), namely, (a) provided instructions for the

proctors of the survey, (b) not personally administer the survey,

and (c) not inform the proctors that the reaction of the honours

classes would be the investigational group in the study. The

instructor in each classroom distributed the survey to the

students.
Data Collection

The following questionnaires will be used by the researchers

to determine the different factors that influenced students to

enrol in PHINMA Araullo University. The statements provided will

be rated from one (1) to five (5) based from the influence it

brought to the respondents.
