1. Payment of fee is done on monthly basis and always in advance i.e.

at the first class of

every month.
2. Tuition fee is payable in cash or cheque.
3. In case of late payment of fee the student will be entitled to pay the late fine.
4. Tuition fee is exclusive of cost of study materials.
5. The study materials provided must be returned by next class after photo copy.
6. A security deposit must be paid during the time of admission. This is refundable upon
application of termination of tuition. The deposit money will be refunded only if the
student has not caused any damage or loss of IQ Education property.
7. Student registration form must be completed and submitted on time.
8. IQ Education neither guarantees top score nor is it responsible for failure of the student to
pass in examination. We can only guide, the students have to do the hard work.
9. IQ Education holds the sole authority to increase or decrease tuition fee any time with
short notice.
10. The book library is accessible by all students but books are not allowed to be taken
outside the classroom.
11. All class timings are pre-scheduled and may be subject to change or cancelled. Any
request from students to change class timing will not be entertained.
12. Teachers of IQ education are not bound to answer all calls at all times by students.
13. Recruitment, allotment, change or replacement of teachers is solely authorized by IQ
Education only.
14. IQ Education holds the sole authority to change classroom venue and timing with short
notice.
15. We do not maintain record of student attendance. Attending class is the sole
responsibility of the students.
16. Request to repeat the class in case of absence of student will not be entertained.
17. Audio or video recording of class is not allowed without permission.
18. IQ Education holds the authority to terminate tuition of any student at any time on
grounds of personal conduct or improper behavior.
19. Students are advised to take of their belongings. We are not responsible for loss of any
personal belongings.
20. It is advised not to use mobile phone during class.
21. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in class premises.
22. Parking of personal vehicles of teachers and students are their responsibility. We are not
responsible for loss or damage if any.
23. The module and institute for industrial training is designed and selected by IQ Education
only. Students can only choose from a pre-designed training programme.
24. Before commencement of training every student must be registered by paying registration
fee to IQ Education.
25. Completion of training and collection of certificate from respective institute is the sole
responsibility to the student.
