BK1. In Thy Happy Halls: Pusuan Mo Bes!

This examination showed that the ability to be self-compassionate. It is seen to be a sign of self-
compassion to be able to see the good in your situation even when no one else can. Furthermore,
as it enhances our ability to handle obstacles in daily life, it is essential to put it into practice
during this pandemic. While we learnt to survive in the midst of a pandemic, situations in our life
never failed to change. These challenges, in my opinion, will always be a part of life since they
push us to develop personally on a daily basis. I believe that the main problem we are currently
facing is with our minds. We ought to Because we thought we weren't good enough for someone
or something, we had always underestimated our own abilities. However, you are more than you
think you are. We are merely taking into account what we want to think. We don't think about
who we really are, which is what we can become in the future. I consider myself lucky to have
heard Mr. Bryan's story since he has distinguished himself as a student, son, and adult. The fact
that he never gave up shows what a great student he has been. Despite widespread doubt that he
would be successful in following in his father's footsteps, on his aspirations. He never saw it as a
criticism, but as helpful criticism. His drive to get better came from a source no one had ever
thought about. I can't imagine having that kind of mentality or being who he was, therefore I am
in awe of how tenacious his life would be. I've come to realize that you shouldn't let anyone
dictate to you or even tell you "what you can and cannot do." The part of that phrase that really
affected me was. It is where I am jolted out of my current state of overthinking. The
understanding that you are not battling alone and that you should never doubt yourself helps to
foster such confidence. This BK taught me that even while other people's lives may not now be
wrought with the same difficulties as ours, we shouldn't rule out the chance that someone else
has previously conquered them or will in the future. We all face obstacles on a daily basis, and
how we handle them is all that matters. If we attack it the way Mr. Bryan did, we could struggle
to rapidly overcome it.
