Consent letter from Alperton Community School for Year 10 and 12 students to request work
experience

Our Year 10 and 12 students will be undertaking work experience during the week beginning Monday, 10th
July to Friday, 14th July 2023.

Work experience aims to provide all young people with an opportunity to:
● obtain a wider awareness of the world of work as part of their general education
● learn outside the classroom
● relate their studies to the world of work and training.

You have been approached by one of our students as they would like to undertake their work experience
placement with you and this letter acts as consent from Alperton Community School that we are happy for
you to let them undertake this wonderful opportunity with you. This is subject to a full Risk Assessment that
will be carried out by ‘Changing Education’, an educational centre working with schools to provide work
experience, careers advice and guidance and support programmes for students aged 14-18, who will
ensure that this establishment is a safe and appropriate environment for our students to work in.
