• Tahqiq-i-Hind of Alberuni
• Alberuni the famous Arabic
& Persian scholar.
• Lived in India many years

• It deals the early period of Delhi Sultanate

• Dominigo Paes : Portuguese traveller visited in
1520 “Chronica dos Reis de Bisnaga” (History of
Bisnaga) an important source foe the study of
Vijayanagara Empire.
• Fernao Nuniz : visited during 1535-36 during
the period of Achyutadevaraya. His Chronicle
gives details of Sangama dynasty,
Krishnadevaraya, and Achyutadevaraya.
