The estimated for the installation is 120,000 $us.HIMONT - PROPRIETARY GENERAL CONC Technical specification covering the installation of a synoptic board, fitted with weathering monitoring station for the gas-detector display at the SPHERIPOL production Plants. 1. Purpose of the work A. To make easier the environment control of possible propylene release with regard to the actual weathering condition is to shorten the time required by the operator to undertake any step. B The synoptic board could also have connection to a computerized "intelligent system" to estimate the amount and the probable source of the release, thus suggesting the steps to undertake in order to put the plant under the safiest conditions. 2. Technical description A. Synoptic Board The synoptic board, of the luminous, mosaic-type, must show the planimetric and isometric drawing of the plant with the planimetric and altimetric location of the progressively numbered gas detectors. ALL of the readings of the "synoptic board" shall be printed with abrasion resistant, indelible colours. The gas-detector location shall be marked with identification name and installation level. Each gas-detector shall be provided with the following coloured signals: ~ normal operation : green - pre-alarm orange a alarm : red such signals shall be realized with strong intensity LEDS of the protruding type, located in only one module.HIMONT - PROPRIETARY The "detector anomaly" signal shall be different from that of normal operation, that is: - fixed green normal operation = pulsating green : anomaly The synoptic board placed on a self-supporting frame, shall have the following sizes: - width =: 2200 - length + 1500 - depth + 300 Honeywell standard, azure-coloured closet, under the synoptic board’shall have the following size: 2200 X 1400 X 300.
