Attach the assembled BMG


drive with hotend to the
base and the stepper

Assemble the BMG drive and

heater and thermistor – not
shown on picture)

NOTE: This holes are intended for


fixing the heaters and thermistors
cables with a wire. Put a piece of hard
wire in before inserting the Insert the part

Install the part BASE_part2.stl
on the carrier plate with a m3 Attach the base to the carrier plate. First attach the clip on the upperside,
screw. then rotate the base and push it down. Also, make sure the heaters and
thermistors cables are placed into the guide on the backside of the base.

7 8 Nozzle offset from BLTouch:


- in x direction: -36.5mm
- in y direction: -8.8mm

Fix the base to the carrier plate If you have a bltouch attach it to the base
with two M3 screws with a M3 screw and M3 nut.

OPTIONAL – we highly recommend instaling a 4010 fan if you‘re


9 using a pancake stepper motor

Install the 4010 fan to the stepper with the


part spacer_btw_stepper&4010 and the
stepper screws. Cover the fan for protection
with the part fan-cover.stl

and cover it for

tapping wood
screws.

11 Install the 5015 blower fan to the fanduct by pushing it over the little bumps and then by
rotating it to into the right position. The fan shouldn‘t be fixed tightly (it should be a little
lose). Otherwise it won‘t achieve the highest rpm.

12 Insert the fanduct


into the base and fix
it with the part
fanductHandle.stl. Secure it with an
m4 screw and
nut – optional
