following the prevailing fee at the time of transaction, as there might be differences of study fee on each admission term.
5. There will be penalty or late payment charges for late payment in the 2nd (second), 3rd (third), 4th (fourth) installment by
any reasons or circumstances.
6. The tuition fee is valid for normal study period. If there is additional study period caused by the student (example:
re-taking courses, academic leave, suspension, etc.), additional fees will be charged according to the particular study that
is taken.
7. All payment that has been transferred is considered as final decision of the payer, and IS NOT REFUNDABLE CAN NOT BE
DRAWN BACK OR REDIRECTED TO OTHER STUDENT FOR ANY REASONS OR CONDITIONS.
8. UPH has the right to reject the payment if the student capacity has already met a certain quota/ limit
