b) 14 working days for the purchaser to prepare and get SPA ready.
c) Sign SPA and pay the balance of 6.82% downpayment to your appointed
lawyers and/or to the vendor.
d) 90 days to secure a loan from the date of SPA signed or consent approval
(whichever is applicable).
Note: For cash purchases, the full balance payment of 90% must be deposited
to the vendor's lawyers as stakeholders before the process of perfection of title is
concluded.
The separate agreement for the actual purchase price legal fees shall be borne
by the Purchaser, as well as any other charges incurred eg SPA fees / tax on the
excess amount etc. (If any)
