To whom it may concern

This is to certify that our property Hotel Graha Atmadja comprising of 15 rooms situated Jl. Sukarasa
No.106, Cibodas, Kec. Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat 40391 has entered into a
marketing and operational consulting agreement dated 5 Oktober 2022 with RedDoorz. The revenue,
inventory and booking management of our property will henceforth be managed by RedDoorz, including
all Online and B2B sales channels. Please treat this as a no- objection certificate from our end and
RedDoorz the access to extranet and designating the Hotel as a RedDoorz for the purposes of
marketing the Hotel on its sales channel(s).

You may liaise with RedDoorz for anything required by your channel as a single point of contact. The
payments will henceforth be received and disbursed by RedDoorz. All accounts and statements will be
routed through PT. Commeasure Solutions Indonesia (Bank PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk A/C
number 5395387950; SWIFT CODE: CENAIDJA).

You may further make payments including payments from direct debit mode (if any) regarding our Hotel
that may have accrued prior to the date of execution of this Agreement to RedDoorz.

I/we confirm that all outstanding dues payable with respect to our Hotel shall be cleared before the date of
execution of this agreement. However, any outstanding dues still left unpaid will be cleared by
RedDoorz on our behalf and RedDoorz in turn shall have the right to set off these amounts in our
weekly/monthly reconciliation statements.

In the future, should we decide to terminate the Agreement, we / RedDoorz shall inform you (the OTA
partner) with a formal written notification on your registered email or mailing address.
