AGREEMENT
This Insertion Order Agreement, (IO), is by and between Rapid Response Marketing, L.L.C., (RRM), and , ASR
Solution. RRM and Advertiser, ASR Solution agree to the following:

CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
Definitions:
“Units” shall be defined as the action for which the Advertiser is paying. This shall include but not be limited to
sales, leads, requests, completion of forms or sales.
"Program Materials" shall be defined as the code, links, logo and graphics ("Program Materials") for campaigns
as provided by Advertiser and in the exact unedited, unsupplemented form provided.

Cancellation Policy: Seventy two (72) hour prior written notice is required to stop traffic. All additional units
which come in, ('Spill'), is billable and payable regardless of cancellation date and regardless of the amount of the
time which has lapsed since the cancellation date. The Master Advertising Agreement will survive pursuant to the
Term & Termination; Effect of Termination Section and cannot be canceled by seventy-two hour written notice. All
email notifications including but not limited to price increases, changes in the campaign, cancellation notices, pause
notices, violation or bad lead notices or price decreases must be sent to notices@xy7elite.com.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be made and all sales are final once payment is submitted. All actions are
considered valid and payable once a pixel is fired. No returns will be accepted. RRM reserves the right to retain any
setup fees paid by the advertiser. However, RRM will return rolling deposits within thirty (30) days of the date of
the cancellation date.
Renewal: The Term of this Agreement shall automatically renew every month unless terminated earlier, by either
Party, in accordance with this agreement.
Pricing Policy: Advertiser warrants that all compensation for offers made available to RRM are equal to or greater
than any compensation given to another publisher or network. Should this condition be violated, Advertiser will
compensate RRM for the difference in price per lead plus ten percent (10%) since inception of the signed IO.

"By signing above, each party hereby agrees to the foregoing, as well as the terms set forth in the Master
Advertising Agreement (Agreement) signed on 03/16/2013 Each Party warrants a) that it has full power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and b) that the execution, delivery and performance by each Party of this

Agreement will not violate any law, statute or other governmental regulations. Both Parties covenant that the
signing of this Agreement in no way violates any other agreement that either Party may have with other entities."
