MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS GUIDELINES

CIVIL LAW REVIEW 2- AUSL

BEFORE THE EXAM


1. Make sure that your two gadgets are fully charged.
2. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Secure a back-up internet
source (example: cellular data) in cases of connectivity issues.
3. Use a blue or black pen with 0.5 to 1.0mm thickness
4. You may use any of the following papers as exam papers:
a. Intermediate pad paper
b. Notebook
c. Bond paper (lined)
d. Any white paper as long as it is lined
5. Prepare the exam papers before the scheduled examination. All exam papers
must follow the format below:

a. First Page
In the first few lines of the FIRST PAGE, follow the following format in your
exam paper: (ausl pledge (box))

Class no. Last name, First Name AUSL Section Subject

upper right side use the following format:

6. Margins: 1” left, 1” right
7. Log-in to the permanent link of your own class 1 hour before exam time.
8. The attendance will be checked by the beadles as well as your exam papers and
scratch paper (1 scratch paper only) in the camera
9. One section at a time will enter the Zoom link of the Midterm Exam so the
beadles can arrange the video tiles
10. First gadget format: Section Class no. Surname, First Name
11. Second gadget format: Section CAM 2 Class no. Surname, First Name
12. Wait for the instructions from the proctor.

DURING THE EXAM


1. Unmute your first gadget and disconnect the audio in your second gadget
2. The exam will have two parts: 1st part: MCQ; 2nd part Essay
3. The MCQ part will be conducted in Google Forms. Follow the instructions in
ordinary quizzes for the MCQ part.
4. The questions in the essay part will be flashed in the Zoom screen and the
answers should be written in the exam paper. Continuous numbering; leave 1
line after every number
5. Exam papers for the essay part should not exceed 5 pages.
6. Wait for the end of the allotted exam period and for the proctor’s instruction
before disconnecting your 2nd gadget and before taking pictures of your exam
papers. Taking pictures prior to the end of said allotted period and instruction is
prohibited.
7. Take a picture of your exam papers. Make sure that the pictures are clear.
8. Convert the pictures into 1 pdf file. Below are some suggested mobile
applications, websites, other methods of converting photo files into a single PDF
file:

9. File name format: Class number, last name
10. Email the pdf file to your class beadles and to Atty. Uribe:
uribecrisostomo2020@gmail.com.
11. You have exactly 10 minutes after the end of the allotted exam period to send
the file.
AFTER THE EXAM
1. Class beadles must note the timestamp of every e-mail.
2. Class beadles should upload all exams in a google drive folder and send the link
of the folder to Atty. Uribe.
3. Class beadles should send the class list with the timestamp to Atty. Uribe.
