V. CONDITION:
Client warrants that it is legally authorized to operate, use or show the Mascot and that it shall hold SPSL Corp. or any of
its officers and employees free from liabilities or whatsoever in the use, showing or operation of the mascot.
All revisions requested by client after fabrication and delivery will be subject as an additional cost.
Interest of 3% per month is charged on all overdue accounts.
