2. To enable its future business success, Coca Cola has adopted a strategic management
process that follows a four-step process; environmental scanning, strategy
formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation.

3. Strategic Management helps Coca-Cola company to manages its process by following


the four-steps that they implemented for monitoring, analysis and assessment of all needs
in the organization to meet is goal. Its help them analyze and think for an action in the
present situation of the organization. They will test the effectiveness of the implemented
strategies
4. It relates to our lesson Company strategy. Its help us familiarizes in the different ways
and different strategies of the company and other organization
