Buttered Kale

1 Blanch the kale in a medium sized pot for 3 minutes then refresh
in iced water.
2 Once they are cool, remove them from the ice bath and ring them
out with your hands.
3 Melt the butter over a high heat until it is sizzling, then add the kale
and toss it until it heated through.
4 Season it with salt and pepper and serve hot.

300 g kale (stemmed and cut into big pieces)  4 srv


2 tbsp butter
1 pinch salt and black pepper
