Fresh Calamansi Juice 15 Ml 3. Reduce heat and simmer
Thai Fish Sauce 15 Ml until chicken is firm and
Brown Sugar 1 Tsp opaque. (at least 5-10
Chili Paste 1 Tsp minutes)
Fresh Thai Basil Leaves 5 G 4. Discard lemon grass.
Fresh Parsley 15 G 5. Remove from heat and
Cornstarch 15 G serve it with basil and
parsley

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT PROCEDURE


Pork (shoulder part cut 900 G 1. In a bowl, combine pork, garlic,

INGREDIENTS UNIT QUANTITY PROCEDURE


Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp 1. In a bowl, combine all of the

and drizzle with sesame oil
and serve hot.
