EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Between

This agreement is entered into on this Tuesday, 14rd September 2021, by and between AIR CANADA
VANCOUVER AIRPORT, having its principle place of office at Air Canada HQ, PO BOX
686,Canada, (hereinafter called the “Company”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context
or meaning thereof shall include its successors and assigns) of the ONE PART.

And

MR. KRANTHI KUMAR PALIVELA S/O CHAKRAVARTHI PALIVELA, Indian passport-

L8069383 of the OTHER PART.
Whereas Company employs you as Airport Cleaning Supervisor Department designated as Airport
Cleaning Supervisor Department and you accept employment with the Company on the terms and
conditions set forth in this Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”).

 EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND DUTIES

1. Your Employment will begin on 28th September 2021 and will end on the date pursuant to the section
IV of this Agreement.

2. During your employment with the Company, You will devote your entire and undivided work time,
attention, effort, skill, care and energy to the work of the Company. You shall perform your duties
faithfully, intelligently, to the best of your ability.

3. Your reporting manager shall from time to time explain you your objectives and responsibilities and
other details of your employment. You will accept and shall abide by all lawful and reasonable
instructions issued by any of your superiors. You shall perform your duties at such place or places, as the
Company shall reasonably designate. Your Job Description and the emoluments (CTC) are mentioned in
this Agreement.

4. In performing such duties, you shall be subject to the direction and control of your immediate seniors
and the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company.

5. Employee will be eligible for the benefits and perks as per define in Human Resource policy. Any
change in the policy will be applicable to all employees.

6. Your base salary is 1500 Canadian Dollar’s, which is paid to you in accordance with our standard
payroll procedures. In addition, you will be eligible for bonuses. You will be paid every 1st calendar days
starting from the following months by regular wire transfer payment to you company provided bank
account. Additional opportunities may be available for you during the job process. The Company will
also provide you total expenditure such as food and staying accommodations.
7. The employee will devote 8 Hours per day with the attention and energies to the work of the
Company, during this employment, will not engage in any other work of the company.

8. The period of this Agreement is 2 years starting from the first day of joining the Company.

9. The company will provide you the necessary Insurance cover for employees as per Canadian Law.

10. As per the company policy candidates need to pay a Security Deposit with amount – 400 Canadian
Dollar before signature the agreement and the Security amount will refund at the end of three months
training.
