This offer latter is entered into on this Thursday 03th Nov 2022, by and between QATAR 2022 Green,
having its principle place of office at Qatar Group HQ, PO BOX 686 (here in after called the
“Company”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall include its
successors and assigns) of the one part.

And

MR. ADFAR MANZOOR GANAIE S/O. MANZOOR AHMAD GANAIE, India of the OTHER PART.
Whereas Company employs you as KHALIFA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM MAINTENANCE
DEPERTMENT designated as "STORE KEEPER" DEPERTMENT and you accept employment
with the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Employment Offer.

 EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND DUTIES

1. Basic salary : QR 2700/-

2. Accommodation : Bachelor shared Accommodation provided by the company

3. Transportation : Shared Transportation provided by the company only on specified locations
4. Food Allowance : Provided by the company
5. Other Allowance: NA
6. Overtime : Applicable- If Required
7. Leave & Air ticket: 21 days paid annual leave entitlement with return economy class air-tickets to
home country after 6 month of continue service
8. Insurance: Company workers compensation
9. Probation: 1 year from the date of joining

10. In performing such duties, you shall be subject to the direction and control of your immediate seniors
and the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company.

11. Employee will be eligible for the benefits and perks as per define in Human Resource policy. Any
change in the policy will be applicable to all employees.
12. The employee will devote 8 Hours per day with the attention and energies to the work of the
Company, during this employment, will not engage in any other work of the company.

I, Adfar Manzoor Ganaie, have read, understood and accept all the term and conditions as stated above. In
additions, by signing this offer latter I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I will not join any other
competitor company of UCC holding and any if its subsidiaries, after I resign from this company.
Should you accept this offer, please sign and return this latter with a colored copy of your passport within
24 hours.

13. You have to make a payment visa Embassy fees 180 QR. Within 48 hours
