TERMS and CONDITIONS of EMPLOYMENT

GENERAL

1. Your employment is conditional upon passing a pre-employment medical examination and


obtaining work permit. Attested degree certificate is mandatory for work visa processing.

2. Our Offer of Employment is subject to successful completion of final interview

3. Probation Period. The first 3 months will be considered as probation period, the character and
performance will be monitored by Immediate Superior. Upon successful completion, employee’s
service will be deemed continuous. If the employee leaves the company during his assigned project
tenure on his own accord, the recruitment, training and mobilization expenses shall be paid by
employee to CRCC.

4. Notice Period. Either party has the right to terminate this contract by providing 3 days’ notice
during probation period, 30 days’ notice for tenure less than 2 years, 60 days’ notice for tenure more
than 2 years of service. This contract maybe also be terminated if any contract terms or prevailing
company policies or code of conduct guidelines are breached. Disputes related to the above are
governed by regulations set by the State of Qatar and are subject to change as per Qatar Labor Law
revisions.

5. NOC will be provided for non-competitors, while NOC for competitors will not be provided until
the assigned project has been completed.

6. As per the legal requirement in Qatar, employee needs to provide all required documents with
authentication to process the Engineering Committee Registration (UPDA/MMUP) at the time of
joining or within the agreed timeframe. Upon failure on the employee’s part to submit the required
documents, CRCC will terminate this contract and stop his/her services forthwith (Applicable for
Engineering post only)

7. For an orderly transfer of monthly salary, employee shall open an account with one of CRCC
approved bank

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Disclosing any CRCC information is totally prohibited. This includes but not limited to Technical
Information, Methods, Processes, Formulae, Compositions, Systems, Techniques, Studies, Drawings
and Publications. Also Business Information, Salary Details, Tendering Documents and Information,
Sources of Supply, Financial Data, Production, or Plans.

2. All company information shall be held in strict confidentiality. It shall not be used, disclosed or
divulge to other employees unless authorized by Reporting Manager. Confidential information is not
to be reproduced, used commercially or for personal benefit other than company needs or benefits

3. CRCC reserves the right to take disciplinary or legal actions, if proven evidence of disclosure,
including termination of employment contract or full injunctive relief for violations of this
agreement or due to employee’s dishonesty

4. Client Security. This is a condition of employment with CRCC. Trust is a key mandate.
Therefore, disclosure of any unauthorized client confidential information to any unauthorized
individual or third party is a serious offence. Using such information for personal use is also
forbidden.

5. Disputes. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the policies referred
herewith either during the employment period or afterwards shall be litigated solely within the
State of Qatar.

6. Public Disclaimer. The company reserves the right to review and amend the policies,
procedures, interaction, protocols, listed employee benefits and any related matters herewith as
and when required to meet the interest of the company.

JOINING FORMALITIES

On the joining day, by 7:30am, you are required to bring the following documents: Both original
and copies:

1. Comprehensive and Updated CV with photograph


2. Passport and Qatar ID (If currently working in Qatar)
3. Education Certificates
4. Employment Certificates
5. NOC (In case candidate employed in Qatar within the last 2 years)
6. 2 Passport size photographs
