INGREDIENTS
 HUNG CURD- 1/2CUP (CURD HUNG FOR 1HOUR)
 MAYONNAISE- 1/4CUP
 CUCUMBER- 1
 CARROT- 1
 ONION- 1
 GREEN CHILI- 1-2 (OPTIONAL)
 SALT- AS REQUIRED
 BLACK PEPPER- AS REQUIRED
 PAPRIKA POWDER- AS REQUIRED (OPTIONAL)
 BUTTER- 1CUBE
 BREAD SLICES- 8
 SKILLS

PROCEDURE

1. IN A MIXING BOWL, MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER AND BREAD SLICES.
2. CUT THE SIDES OF THE BREAD SLICES AND KEEP THEM ASIDE.
3. SPREAD SOME OF THE MIXTURES ON A BREAD SLICE. AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF
BREAD. THESE CAN BE EATEN AS IT IS.
4. APPLY BUTTER ON ONE SIDE. LIKEWISE, MAKE ALL THE SANDWICHES READY.
