HUNG CURD- 1/2CUP (CURD HUNG FOR 1HOUR)
MAYONNAISE- 1/4CUP
CUCUMBER- 1
CARROT- 1
ONION- 1
GREEN CHILI- 1-2 (OPTIONAL)
SALT- AS REQUIRED
BLACK PEPPER- AS REQUIRED
PAPRIKA POWDER- AS REQUIRED (OPTIONAL)
BUTTER- 1CUBE
BREAD SLICES- 8

PROCEDURE
1. IN A MIXING BOWL, MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER AND BREAD SLICES.
2. CUT THE SIDES OF THE BREAD SLICES AND KEEP THEM ASIDE.
3. SPREAD SOME OF THE MIXTURES ON A BREAD SLICE. AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF
BREAD. THESE CAN BE EATEN AS IT IS.
4. APPLY BUTTER ON ONE SIDE. LIKEWISE, MAKE ALL THE SANDWICHES READY.
