STUDENT'S UNDERTAKING
I, SIMDA Jantiku gadzama solemnly undertake to be law abiding and observe the following laid down
rules and regulations governing the students' hostels:

1. Use of gas cylinders, hot plates and ring boilers in hostels is prohibited.
2. Cooking and washing of plates, pots, clothes or brushing in front of rooms or in the verandah or
inside the room is prohibited.
3. All hostel facilities should be used appropriately.
4. All posting of bills, posters, notices, etc are to be on notice boards, not walls.
5. Students should repair any damage they cause to hall facilities, or be made to pay for the repairs.
6. Bathing and excretion should be done only in facilities provided for them.
7. Transfer of room entitlement and squatting is not allowed.
8. Walking around the hostel half-naked or full naked leads to expulsion.
9. Violation of these rules and regulations, and others to be enacted from time to time will lead to
losing the bed space, and/or disciplinary action.

I hereby wish to undertake that I will abide by the rules and regulations governing hostel allocation and
sanctions therein.
