 Born in April 14, 1452 in Anchiano in Tuscany, Italy.


 Leonardo moved to France in 1516 when he was given the title Premier Painter and
Engineer and Architect to the King by King Francis I.
 At age of 15 he worked as an Apprentice to Verrochio- Painter and Sculptor- 6 years
 Age of 20 he became master of craftsman of the guild and open his own studio.
 One of the First to document the human body in the form of a child.
 His full name was 'Lionardo di ser Piero da Vinci' meaning 'son of Piero from Vinci' - the
Tuscan village in which he was born.
