TITLE PROPOSAL

TITLE:
“IMPACT OF DEALING CUSTOMERS' BEHAVIOR ON
MANAGING MILKTEA SHOPS”.

RATIONALE:
According to recent studies, when dealing customers, it’s crucial to control your
own emotions, and to counteract inflammatory behavior with calm, considered
responses. However, there is still problem/gaps like, when you are dealing with
unruly customers, will it affect the sales of the shop? And will it affect the other
customers? In line with this, this research is of great importance because milktea
shops will benefit from this study.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:


General problem
This research study aims to determine the impact of dealing customers' behavior
on managing milktea shops near Tobor, Malasiqui, Pangasinan.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following sub-problems:


-What are the strategies in managing milktea shops?
-What are the causes of poor customer’s behavior?
-How to deal with customer’s behavior on managing milktea shops?
-What are the perceived impact of dealing customer’s behavior on managing milktea
shops?
ASSUMPTION:
1. Customer service and employees performance may affect the buying behavior
of customer’s in milktea shop.
2. Customer’s behavior may influence the preference of other customer’s when
buying in a milktea shops.
3. Customer’s behavior affects the growth of milktea shops.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:


This research is of great significance in the field of managing the milktea shops
because this study will help the owner of the shop when encountering customers. In
addition, this will help certain groups such as milktea shops near Tobor in the sense
that this study will not only help the shops in Tobor, and it will also help the people
who will build their own milktea shops in the future.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS:


This study focuses on identifying the gaps on how to manage a restaurant/shop
and, impact of dealing the customers' behavior on managing milktea shops to the
sales and other customers. It was conducted from last month and it is expected to
end by March 2023. It will be conducted in Milktea shops near Tobor. The
participants are the Milktea shops owner's, server’s and customer’s. We’re
conducting research that involves interview using case study as research design.
