Physical Education teaches us to understand the ability of the body system to work
together efficiently, allowing us to be healthy and perform activities in daily living.
Barriers to physical activity include external barriers such as lack of time, lack of
motivation, and lack of facilities, as well as environmental factors such as walking paths,
cycling trails, and recreation facilities. Solutions to these barriers include prioritizing
activities and cutting back on non-essential activities, leading to increased life
expectancy, reduced risk of injury, improved quality of life, and staying active and
improving our health.

The environment in which we live has a great influence on our physical activity. Factors
such as walking paths, cycling trails, recreation facilities, family and friends, a
supportive work environment, a healthy diet, and a comfortable home can all affect our
social environment. Barriers such as lack of time can be addressed by prioritizing
activities and cutting back time from nonessential activities. This can help us save
money, increase life expectancy, reduce risk of injury, improve quality of life, stay active
and improve our health.

The most important details from this guide are the barriers that can be overcome in
order to make physical activity into part of daily life. These include external barriers
such as lack of time, lack of facilities, and lack of motivation, as well as environmental
factors such as walking paths, cycling trails, and recreation facilities. The environment

This learning guide explains that recreational activities are the most challenging activity
yet enjoyable, and how to prepare a successful trip planning requires knowledge of the
area, equipment, food and clothing needed, weather conditions and trip expectations. It
also explains how to choose established campsites, which can be dangerous for
inexperienced or unfamiliar groups due to lack of water and access to natural sources.
Poor campsite selection can lead to unnecessary resource damage and the group may
never even reach their planned destination. Therefore, it is important to choose the
appropriate campsite when selecting one. When selecting a campsite, factors such as the
level and type of use, fragility of vegetation and soil, wildlife disturbance, previous
impacts, and party's potential to cause or avoid impacts should be taken into account.
Proper disposal of human waste is important to avoid pollution of water sources,
minimise the possibility of spreading disease and maximise the rate of decomposition.
We learned in grade school that we should not take things that don't belong to us and
should return them in the same condition that we received it. Tree protectors and fire
prevention involves boiling water instead of dirt to put out unburned ends of wood,
collecting cold ash, scattering it over a large area, and using organic soil to cool down
the fire. An established fire ring is a sacrifice spot in which fires are accepted to prevent
destruction. Observing wildlife from a distance and travelling quietly to protect you and
your pets from stressful wildlife should be done.

If you find sick animals or animals in trouble, you should notify the land manager.
Quick movements and loud noises are stressful to animals and it can negatively affect
other people's preference. Cultural heritage, natural environment, and economic
development are all important aspects of life. Outdoor recreation promotes leisure
activity and family connection, and it also teaches us how to conserve and protect our
environment. Planning a successful trip planning requires knowledge of the area,

We students should recognize the value of optimising one's health through participation
in physical activities. Outdoor recreation is the best,
If a person is feeling stressed, or worn-out it can mean that they are on their way to
being burned-out. Many problems can seem dark and make it hard to have the energy
to care about the situation at the time it is occurring.
The most important details of the phrase "healthy experience, fresh air, breathe, stress,

a person's quality of life. It allows them to move freely, relax and feel renewed. It also
helps reduce stress and creates a strong family bonding. However, excessive and
prolonged stress can lead to feelings of overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable

write about things that are bothering you. This helps you find out how much stress you
feel and what is causing it. When you know this, you can find better ways to cope.
Let your feelings out.

Several factors can lead to stress. When you go on a job interview, take a test, or
participate in a marathon, you could feel stressed. This type of transient stress is typical
and even beneficial. If you have to work hard or act quickly, it can be beneficial. For
instance, worry can motivate you to complete a crucial task on schedule. Furthermore,
stress has a long half-life. Events or situations that are unpleasant can lead to long-term

What we have learned in this learners guide is how to use the Frequency, Intensity,
Time and Type to maintain health-related fitness. Frequency is how often you exercise.

Intensity is how hard you exercise. Time is how long you exercise for. Type is what kind
of exercise you do. It depends on us on what varieties of factors including the type of
workout you're doing, how hard you're working, your fitness level, and your exercise
goals. Remember that it's important to know why you're exercising and what you want
to achieve before rushing into any exercise program. The most important details from
this lesson are the frequency, intensity, time and type of exercise. Frequency is the
frequency of exercise, intensity is how hard the exercise is, time is how long it is done,
and type is what kind of exercise you are doing. It is important to be aware of why you
are exercising and what you want to achieve before rushing into any exercise program.
The best way to gauge the intensity of your exercise is to monitor your heart rate and
know what time you spend exercising. There is no set rule for how long you should
exercise, and it will typically depend on your fitness level and the type of workout you're
doing. Your Type of exercise is the last part of the F.I.T.T principle and an easy one to
manipulate to avoid overuse injuries or weight loss plateaus. You also have to know

The more you workout, the easier it is to do the exercises because your body becomes
more efficient. Your new workouts may lead to weight loss, but when you weigh less, you
expand fewer calories moving your now-smaller body. All of these are factors to
consider when doing exercise. If one factor is not done right, the exercise regimen may
not work. This could lead to no weight loss or gain, if that is the goal. When properly
applied, FITT actually enables you to push your limits just enough to make progress
without harming your body. It also decreases your likelihood of developing conditions
like hypertension, obesity, or diabetes. Furthermore, exercise encourages your body to
release endorphins, which offer pain relief.

What we have learned in this lesson for this learning guide is Recreation does not stop
during past pandemic. There are so many recreational activities you can do at home to
kill boredom. Have you tried gardening? Seeing the healthy plants in your garden can
make you smile. During that pandemic is very hard for all of us of course, especially to
those people who can't eat because they don't have enough food and water. There are
more of us that the only thing we do is, doing some stuff that makes us active everyday.
For example, gaining weight, exercising, spending time with our family, and some of us
just sleeping well. We are still facing the uncertainties of tomorrow. The COVID-19
pandemic forces the government to implement the "new normal" in order to move
forward. Programs and policies are made to help the society adapt to this. Still, we need
to practise social distancing, continue to wear masks and wash hands more often as we
continue to face this battle.

Many of us usually don't wear face masks, because some of us don't get COVID-19 even
though they're not vaccinated. Even if we get vaccinated we can't say that we're not
affected, or not getting hit by COVID-19.

Some people are getting tired of what happened to us in the last pandemic. Students are
getting tired of school work, they’re getting emotional. They can't manage their
emotions, especially to those students who are afraid of failing grades. They re getting
anxiety and depression, I once hit by anxiety and depression, it was hard. So some
students are tend to suicide or tend to kill someone because of their emotions. Stress that
continues without relief can lead to a condition called distress - a negative stress
reaction. Distress can disturb the body's internal balance or equilibrium, leading to
physical symptoms such as headaches, an upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest
pain, sexual dysfunction, and problems sleeping. Emotional problems can also result
from distress. These problems include depression, panic attacks, or other forms of
anxiety and worry. Research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain
symptoms or diseases. Stress is linked to 6 of the leading causes of death: heart disease,
cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and suicide. Stress also becomes
harmful when people engage in the compulsive use of substances or behaviours to try to
relieve their stress. These substances or behaviours include food, alcohol, tobacco,
drugs, gambling, sex, shopping, and the Internet. We should seek solutions and social
support. Resume positive life and activities. We must move forward.
