What are Organization Design Principles? It is a thorough study of the intricate relationships between
activities, workflows, responsibilities, and authorities, to ensure that they all support the organizational
strategy and mandates objectives

A good organizational design will help people work smoothly without some inconvenience that they will
experience throughout the procedure.

ORGANIZATION ANALYSIS AND DESIGN


While the analysis design of an organization entails a thorough examination of the personnel levels and
hierarchy.

In the work of the company’s plan, control of spans and role repeats are common. As a result that all
work is not created equal,

certain tasks are more strategically significant to a business compared to others.

It is crucial to realize that even if a corporation has an elegant and elaborate organization, it won't be
enough. It will be pointless to design if you didn't hire the proper mix of talent and skill.

It includes a documented chart where it includes the interrelationship of units or position.

This design must have these three factors

 Internal company factors such as corporate objectives, philosophy, strategy, policies and
procedures.
 Leadership style, individual goals, and objectives of the top government.
 External factors such as development, policies, and laws regulating company operation, foreign
markets and relationships between other entities.

STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATION

The stages of development of organization has three stages

* Chaos

* Stability

* High performance

Stage 1: Chaos(Fire Fighting Mentality


This stage tends to be more problem focused and lack of consistency that leads to a major issue to the
organizations ( more like a first day of work type of stage)

Stage 2: Stability
This stage from the word stability they will slowly improve and become consistent with their work and
operations that the employees become more attached to their work and increases their unity with each
other.

Stage 3: High Performance


This last stage focuses more on performance and reliability on the job and they tend to stay on their
employment longer and make more achievements for the company.
