Dear Sir/Madam,

I’ve read about your job vacancy on Instagram @jogjakarir.id and I found your company is
looking for employees for the Manager Assistant position. I believe that position fits my specialty
from my educational background in management.
From my previous experience, I had interned at Medan High Court for six months as an
employee and worked in the Civil Room. I worked handling incoming and outgoing letters,
recording civil case and archived the case, and then I was entrusted to queue case data on the
website of the Medan high court. Then I also worked part-time at Mikey Holiday Berastagi,
Medan Indonesia for one month. I work as a casual at a guest house. I work cleaning guest rooms
and arranging the vehicle that wants to park. I don't feel ashamed to work in that field, because
for me there is no shameful job as long as it is a positive job, and my last work experience was
working part-time at "Toko Benang Rajut Jogja" as the owner's shop assistant for one year. I am
responsible for incoming orders through the Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada apps, checking the
supply of goods in warehouses, handling the delivery of goods and responding to complaints of
customers who experience problems while shopping in stores.
I have good capabilities in terms of the management system, judging from the work
experience I have, I do work related to the management system ranging from queuing data,
organizing letters, archive data, compiling supplies, handling the delivery of goods and
responding to complaints of customers who experience problems. I think these activities require a
management system so I am sure to understand about the management system. I can also have
the ability to operate computers and Microsoft office well, because when I work always use it,
especially always use word, excel and database. With my educational background and work
experience, I believe I am qualified enough to be an assistant manager at this company.
I have a strong leadership spirit to be able to coordinate my members well. In addition, I can
work with a team to collaborate to build a solid team and be able to provide solutions to existing
problems. From my work experience, I always work with a team, and sometimes some problems
occur. I have received complaints from customers that the goods ordered have not been received
even though the info in the application has been delivered, so I and the team jumped directly to
solve the problem by contacting the courier directly. In my opinion this will be a huge advantage
in the position for your company. Moreover, I can adapt to new things and can face new
challenges in following current trends.
