Performance-Based Assessment: Patterns and Texture

Directions: The pupils will create a frottage.

Materials:
-bond paper
-unwrapped crayons
-dry leaves (if none, you can bring coins)

Procedure:
1.) Lay dry leaves/coins on the table with the uneven side facing up. Create a
pattern.
2.) Place a sheet of bond paper on top of the dry leaves/coins.
3.) Rub crayons on the bond paper. Use a variety of colors depending on the
pattern you want to make.
