Former NFL Wide Receiver Henry Rugg's case continues. According to Rugg's attorneys, Ruggs
will plead guilty to his 2021 car crash that killed a woman and her dog.
Rugg's case will be tried as a felony. Ruggs will plead guilty to a DUI and misdemeanor
manslaughter. Ruggs faces three to ten years in prison according to NBC affiliate KSNV of Las
Vegas.
Ruggs was released by the Las Vegas after the car accident. Ruggs was driving 165 miles per
hour and struck 23-year-old Tina Tintor's car. Ruggs was driving a Corvette.
Tintor died due to thermal injuries after her car caught fire.
Ruggs was a first-round pick in 2020. Ruggs finished his NFL career with 50 catches, 921
