looking for a Technical Operation Manager to take care not only of all
arestech.us technical matters raised by our clients but also seeking and proposing
solutions to increase Customer information protection, grow business
and Customer satisfaction.

The candidate should possess a bachelor Engineering degree in

Computers, Software, Systems, or similar, minimum two-year
experience in a similar role, good English level in writing and speaking,
have good communications skills, understand the sense of urgency, be
well organized, hands-on person, autonomous and responsible to work
without supervision, Customer oriented, and have a great passion to
learn, specially about Cybersecurity.

These are the main tasks that Technical Operations Manager should
perform as part of his/her day-to-day work.

Equipment Console monitoring

Monitoring of security tools update campaigns
Installation of security tools
Testing of new software updates in the laboratory
Follow-up investigations requested by client
Reports Delivery to clients
Troubleshooting with security tools
Ticket creation to and its follow-up
Client Proposals preparation
Certifications (study and obtain upon requirement)
Investigations / Information notes
PoC (Proof of Concept) coordination
