Space Patrol, Mission to Blue Moon 3: Rusty Robot

Ringo walked around Bot.

He saw scratches and loose parts.

There was lots of rust.

"I can fix her," Ringo said.

"I like old robots."

Ringo turned the robot on.

Whirr! Ding! Bot's eyes opened.

Bloop! Her eyes closed.

"She needs a charge," Captain Nova said.

Lucy laughed. "PJ is much better!"

Ringo shrugged.

"Old robots are cool too."

"Rookies, I have a mission for you," the captain said.

"I'm ready!" Ringo said.

"Last month we went to Blue Moon," the captain said.

"But there was a huge windstorm.

Commander Cosmo lost his favorite tool.

Your mission is to find that tool."

Lucy scratched her head. "Find a . . . tool?"

"Yes." Captain Nova waved them away.

"That's all. Good luck, rookies."

Lucy rushed out, but Ringo didn't move.

"Excuse me, Captain," he said.

"What kind of tool is it?"

Beep! Captain Nova's screen beeped and flashed.

"More work." Captain Nova sighed.

"You said you were smart, Ringo.

So use your brain.

And don't come back without that tool!"
