    The physical arrangement of the classroom is set up to maximize teacher-


    student interactions while minimizing distraction. Lambajon Central Elementary
    School SpEd Center always maintained a positive learning environment that
    motivates learning. (Pictures shown were Mrs. Caroline A. Ferrando, school head
    of LCESSC, Mr. Ronald B.Beltran, school head of Aureo ES and his teachers,
    together with Mrs. Marilou P. Masunag (V-FL adviser) and Mrs. Maricel M.
    Alcantara (Kinder Eagle adviser) during the benchmarking.
