Minutes of Meeting on New Normal Class Observation

ATTENDANCE: All teachers of Kisulan Elementary School are present

The class observation meeting started as the moderator called for quorum. The
class observation was formally open with a prayer through multimedia presentation.
This time there’s no presence of pupils but only teachers provided everyone is following
the proper protocol such as wearing of face mask and social distancing; because we
are still facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The online Asynchronous Teaching is applied
in this class observation ; since this is one of the several modalities that the Department
of Education has encouraged to provide quality distance learning. The video record will
be sent to the district office for observation by the District English Coordinator and
District English Coordinating Principal after which video will be sent to the Education
Program Supervisor in English , Dr. Ruben F Asan. Later video will be posted on You
tube Channel.
Certificate of Demonstration Teacher for online Asynchronous Teaching serves
as basis for observation in the Division of Davao del Sur.
