Please be informed that the Work Immersion Program of the Grade 12 in your office will end
on Friday, March 15, 2024. The school acknowledges your zeal in developing the skills of the
trainees. However, due to a sudden adjustment of the school calendar for this year, the school
has to adopt with current situation.

With this, may we politely request to your good office the following to be given to the
trainees on Monday, March 18, 2024:

1. duly rated Immersion Booklets of the students; and

2. Certificate of Accomplishment showing that the students have successfully
rendered a minimum of 80 hours of service in your office.
